Description:
The CCM Vizion hockey skate represents one of the most significant design shifts in CCM’s performance skate lineup in recent years. At the core of the skate is CCM’s new CORE Boot Technology, featuring a lightweight one-piece construction that wraps the foot more naturally than traditional multi-piece designs. This close-to-the-foot fit minimizes negative space inside the boot, creating a direct connection between the player and the ice while maximizing energy transfer with every stride.
The boot itself is constructed from high-end RFM composite materials engineered to deliver an exceptional balance of stiffness, support, and weight reduction. Inside the skate, CCM utilizes innovative DIRECT-ICE and TRI-DENSITY ankle padding systems that combine memory foam, gel-infused comfort zones, and responsive support materials. The lightweight ADPT Elite tongue is designed to improve forward flexion and energy return while maintaining excellent lace bite protection.
Performance-focused features continue below the boot with CCM’s oversized holder design and premium STEP Blacksteel runners. This setup increases blade contact with the ice, providing improved stability, smoother glide characteristics, and greater top-end speed.
The Vizion model stands apart from previous CCM skates with a sleek, futuristic appearance. The sculpted boot profile features aggressive lines, modern graphics, and a redesigned toe cap that contributes to both performance and aesthetics.
